About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to grow awareness and drive users to our portfolio of SaaS products through channels like social media, partnerships, communities, paid ads, influencer outreach, and anything else that actually works. You'll own the marketing strategy across multiple small brands, running experiments and doubling down on what moves the needle. RapidFoundry is a lean bootstrapped studio, so you'll have real autonomy and your work will have a direct, visible impact without layers of approval slowing you down. If you're a self-starter who likes building things from scratch and isn't waiting to be handed a playbook, this is for you.
What we're looking for
- Proven track record growing SaaS products through content
- Comfortable owning strategy and execution solo
- Sharp copywriter across email, ads, and landing pages
- Data-driven - knows which metrics actually matter
- Scrappy and resourceful with tight budgets
- Strong instinct for brand voice and positioning
