RapidFoundry

Rapidly built. Properly founded.

RapidFoundry is an independent product studio in Europe, founded by three builders. Some of our products start as a problem we keep hitting ourselves, others as something we can see is possible and want to use first. We build both, and we keep them running.

A foundry turns raw material into something useful. The rapid part is how quickly we do it.

What we have founded so far.

Some started as a problem one of us kept hitting at work, others as something we saw was possible and wanted to use first. Each one runs on its own domain, with its own roadmap and its own login - nothing to bundle, nothing to migrate.

1 / 2

How a product gets founded.

Small team, short cycles, no committee. The same four steps whether it is a single-purpose utility or a product we will run for years.

  1. A grid of identical dark tiles with a single one glowing red.
    01

We have to want it ourselves.

Sometimes that is friction we keep running into. Sometimes it is an idea we can see working and want to use before anyone else. Either way, if we would not open it ourselves, we do not build it.

  2. One rounded glass card lifting away from a neat stack of identical cards.
    02

    Cast the smallest useful version.

One job, done properly. The first release deliberately does less than we want - and still more than the workaround it replaces.

  3. Concentric rings of light spreading outward from a single glowing point.
    03

    Ship, then keep shipping.

There is no quarterly roadmap to wait for. Feedback goes into the next release, and the product keeps moving long after launch.

  4. Two identical glass panels balanced either side of a single line of light.
    04

    One price, on the page.

What it costs is written on the pricing page. No sales call, no per-seat arithmetic, no annual lock-in to reach a fair rate.

We answer to the people who use our tools, not to a board.
The RapidFoundry founders

Built in Europe. Built to be trusted.

Our products hold invoices, credentials and internal documents. We run the studio the way we would want a vendor to run theirs.

European by default
Servers, backups and support all sit inside the EU. Your data does not leave it unless you move it.
Closed window blinds at night with thin slivers of light between the slats.
Nothing to sell about you
No behavioural tracking, no ad networks, no data brokers. We store what a feature needs and drop the rest.
An aisle of server racks in a dark data centre, status lights glowing.
Security you can check
Encrypted in transit and at rest, reviewed regularly, and incidents written up in plain language rather than legal fog.
A stack of printed contracts on a desk with a pen resting on top.
Procurement-ready
We sign DPAs, fill in security questionnaires, and put an actual founder on the call.

We grow the team slowly, on purpose.

No formal openings today, but we keep a short list. Engineers and designers who finish things, marketers who can run a channel end to end, and support people who fix the cause rather than the ticket.
